Ac/dc
No, I'm not enquiring about your preferences
I was at their final concert in Glasgow Tuesday night - Wow! They can still pull it together. It was awesome They had The Answer supporting them and they were great too - They also had a newish band named The Subways supporting - Good band but their talent needs to mature a bit yet so watch out for them
The stage set was first class - Any fans out there I would suggest you search youtube (ac/dc glasgow) for some of the other songs they did - Even if you're not a fan, there's some 'gratuitous' lifting of the tee-shirts by some of the chicks there when the camera zoomed on them in a few of the vids...

Saw Alice Cooper last fall and Joe Cocker this past May. Those two can still pull it off too. Joe still has the "pipes".

Sweet! AC/DC always put on a good show.
Just last night I saw Judas Priest with Whitesnake as an opening act. They are touring for the 30th anniversary of their British Steel album. Played the album in its entirety plus many more. My ears are still ringing.

Yeah they are living legends I'm into allsorts of music and my eldest son is studying music at college (going for his diploma) so I get the short straw to chaperone him to quite a few concerts throughout the year . He likes mainly heavy metal but he turns his ear to most things. He went to see Judas Priest in Glasgow late last year PWG - He went with some of his mates. He said they were ace!
In sharp contrast, we were in London Sunday to see BB King at the Wembley Arena. He still has an amazing voice for an 83 year old! His age didn't come out in his voice at all.
Yeah, I know, I should have been working but I have my parental duties you know...

I empathize with you. In the last year I have taken my daughter to Fall Boy (twice), The Warped tour, Oh! The Story, Cobra Starship and next week, The Academy Is.
I am going to make her see G Love ans Special Sauce with me.

He (and me) loved BB King. I'm not much of a blues fan but he's definitley at the top of his league.
