Default Pool Ceilings

Any ideas on the best paint for painting a masonry pool ceiling, pre-painted?

It depends what's already on it. A masonry paint wouldn't take too well on a shiny paint unless it has a good scuff and a prime. Ideally, use the same paint as before (unless the wrong paint has been used previously).

Well the surface is masonry and has been coated with a latex finish. We have tended to industrial finishes from PPG or something from Zinsser.
