Default Hello from sunny California

Hello, my name is Jerry. The crew calls me Jerr Boss. I run a crew of 5 painting residential homes. I have about 10 years in painting.

I found out about this place through Facebook. Thought I'd give a shout out. Hope to learn and help in areas I can. Look forward to getting to know you.

Welcome to the forum Jerr.

Hope your last name doesn't begin with a K. Would sort of make it too easy for your crew.

Thanks RH!
We have a fun crew, very light hearted and we jaz each other up. I don't allow name calling, cursing or rough housing. We have had issues in the past, got to keep the crew safe.

You mean you don't film them jumping from one extension ladder to another on the job? Man, talk about being a buzz killer (some here will get the reference).

No drugs or alcohol either. If they are buzzed they better not be on my job. Never had that as an issue.

Wish mine was like that. I mean I sometimes jump with the ladder but it generally doesn't get the desired response.

Yes! I would like to meet everyone. I find the introductions interesting. I hope I haven't offended you Schmidt.

I've been trying to get some of that free bacon for years, but RH keeps it all to himself.

You have to study and work hard to be a consumate professional in your trade; one who possess a vast knowledge about their craft, ninja like skills, the patience of a saint, incredible social interaction and communication abilities, and someone who is as wonderful a human being as their dog thinks they are - ALL while remaining incredibly humble.

Or, you can take the easy way and get appointed to be a mod.
