Found it doing a search on google for online paint and coatings forums. So i guess you could say I came looking for it, rather than stumbled onto it.

Do you have the paint talk app on your phone? If so, its real easy. You just go to the section, hit menu on your phone and theres a button for new thread. I dont go on my laptop to use paint talk so Im sure somebody else could help you out if thats the case.

I have a google alert for paint sprayer parts and one of the alerts was a thread from PT. I checked it out and joined.

Hi Guys,
Im new here I found Paint Talk on google while searching for feed back on a EOS Kremlin,
read thru some post and like what i see and or learn, I'm a Professional Painter 20 years in the business less the past 3 that the economy really hurt us, and do nothing but fishing and wait out for the construction to pick up a little , so hope to make good friends here and exchange knowledge or tricks and tips.

My wife is constantly googling questions about the painting trade, advertising, payment methods, invoices, proposals etc. Your site always comes up with answers to the same questions. She sugested that I check out and maybe join. So here I am!

I managed a window cleaning company for a while and the owner told me about a forum for window cleaners similar to this one. When I opened up my own painting business I did a google search to see if there was anything like it for Painters...and here we are. I love this site, although I'm only on when I have a question needed to be answered. Learned some good stuff about level 5 drywall on here. We missed a bid on a level 5...the company doing it apparently knew less then I did, charged for a regular wall and has been losing his shirt over this job trying to fix ever thing. Thank you guys for the help for us less experienced but striving to be great painters.

I just attended the PDCA Expo in St. Louis and met a bunch of PT guys there. I figured I had to see what it was all about after hearing people talk about the site for days!
