Default How to prep OSB that has been stained with gas and oil?

My enclosed trailer has gas and oil stains from motorcycles being in it. I would like to paint the floor with durable epoxy that can resist paint and oil. First off I need to know if there is any way to prep the already gas/oil stained floor to make sure the paint sticks. If not then I plan to overlay the floor with new OSB or Partical board.

What is the best epoxy paint for the floor that will stand up to occasional gas/oil spills?

I think you probable know that you may be able to get the oil on the surface up, but as soon as you put a coating on it, more will come up and you know what that will mean.I would just replace, or overlay the floor before coating.
