Apartment repaints in Omaha are not a money maker. MS Services does them so cheap its not even funny, and a lot of the complexes use their own maintenance guys to do it. Those guys are lucky to make 12 an hour.


I dont know how much experience you have and what your abilities are. If you can let me know some facts I can try and steer you in the right direction. Right now I have all the employees I need at this time of year. If you want you can give me your # and we can talk about some ideas.

I am new to the forum, but have been reading your posts they are great. From one of them I understand you are in the Omaha area, I am also. I am currently just trying to get a start in the painting market. Shooting to try and get into some apartment re-paints and move on from there. Any advice on the Omaha market? I know from reading a lot of the posts that many people think this is not the best way to start out but I am in a unique situation where I can try it with out much risk. Would you suggest trying to go at it on my own or try to join a current paint crew. Just a few random ramblings here. I appreciate any comments you can provide.
