Default Water based flat poly

Can any one recommend a water based flat poly for rough interior wood
Don't want to change the look at all

Would be great to find something not to expensive

Well, it's expensive but modern masters dead flat varnish is the closest I have found to being flat.

Varathane makes matte. Pretty dull. I think it's $50-55.00/ gal
