I MAKE the store shake everything, it's their job. that looks like alot of wasted time right there.

He probably doesn't want to spend the time it takes to find someone at Home Depot that can run the shaker! They're all hiding around the store on the back aisles. (if you want to find someone at Menard's go to what they call the perimeter aisle, the aisle that runs all the way around the inside of the store. That's where they all hide and congregate.)

I dunno, I go out of my way to get 5 gallons delivered.

On an order like that, if my normal supplier can't provide it, I will find someone that can. I usually give a week or 2 notice.

And if I open a can/bucket and it's separated, it's getting returned. I usually inspect upon delivery though.
