Macgyver can make anything with duct tape as most of us old folks know. A car, a bomb, bullet proof vest, even lunch.
Same with Mythbusters.

That is pretty a uptight law NC has. In Eugene during the 90's they passed the opposite law so women could walk around topless if they chose. Nudity is considered free speech there as long as it is in a non sexual manner.

I found out about a year ago that it's legal in NC for women to go topless in public.They are trying to change the law......what are they thinking?
