![]() Lol, the government did the same thing to Los Angeles. Ruin the real estate market, clear out the "trash", then invite investors to clean up the area.
Nothing new under the sun. Who knows if it will actually work again or if they have perfected the art of ruining the lives of civilians. After all, I haven't seen any stock brokers taking themselves out because they learned in the first market crash how to protect themselves and let us suffer. Politicians and stockbrokers, above the law. |

![]() house grab? Like these guys who are snatching up 10 properties at a time? Don't you hear the commercials on the radio about getting houses for 10grand.. saying they got a brand new home and their monthly payment is "only $75 a month!"

![]() Years of careful planning and rules handed down through certain bloodlines and privileged circles.
It began long before me and it will survive long after I am gone. I sure wish I could create a painting business that would stand the test of time throughout many generations of WisePainters... |

![]() Heres what ive learned recently about this topic. These are decent opportunities for painting contractors to fill in the slow times. Usually every thing is a 1 coat blow and go. Lids, walls and trim same sheen and color. Dont expect to make a fortune on these. On the other hand if you can diversify a little like we do, ie. Buff and coat the hardwood or full sand & finish makes up for the lack of profit on the paint end. Most, for a lack of a better term, "Slum Lords" wont pay more than 50 -75 $ per room, labor only for the painting. Its the extras that they dont think about. Just something to think about. Oh, get your CPL, it helps my wife sleep at night knowing I will shoot back at the drug dealers when they get pissed that im hurting there business. And one more thing, crack heads can wash walls like a mother f***er when you dangle a double cheeseburger and a $20 bill in front of them. Just make sure you rip that 20 in half and keep the other half in your pocket till the end of the day.
