My enthusiasm stems from we lost our NHL team a decade ago and this year we got them back (and I was drinking at the game). The fans are nuts!!!

Standing ovation when they come on the ice and leave with two and half hours of full-on cheering, chanting, jeering in between.

....btw you stereotype-playing-American....the Bombers are our football team and today they are playing the Eastern final.....yeeesh!

But seriously, congrats on getting a team back. Personlly I don't think any hockey team should be located south of the Mason-Dixon Line.

Ice hockey in ATLANTA ??? or PHOENIX ???? it's an insult ! I know you guys feel it's a travesty to have teams south of Lake Erie

Keep supporting the best professional sport

That's exactly what I felt when they left. It was brutal for Jets fans (I'm not really a huge fan) to watch these games in the south with half empty arenas.

I was firmly convinced 'we' (Winnipeg) couldn't support a team and when it came time to buy season tickets they'll find out that bringing them back was a bust....

I was completely wrong!!! Season tickets sold out in minutes and there is a waiting list that you don't have a hope in he11 seeing the end of.

We'll see what this towns NHL energy is like in 5 years, but right now its over the top nutty....super fun!

gotta say, the Jets had a nice take off roll, but never really lifted off the tarmac tonight.

I'm not one for trash talking, but those Winnipeg boys looked flat. For a minute I thought the ice was too warm and soft, but then the Broooons proved me wrong.

Don't get me wrong, I'm MUCH happier your team is in Winnipeg. Hope hockey proves financially viable once again.

I didn't get to watch the game....tonight was "Home Alone" for the kids.

I think the general attitude here is they have this year to sort themselves out a bit. There definitely seems to be flat spots. This Philly game I was at, they started the third 5-2 and nearly lost it. They looked dead out there. Still in the honeymoon phase.

The game replayed on NESN (New England Sports Network) again today. I had missed the first period and a half.

Jets did not look to bad for the first 30 minutes.

I did love the directional finger to Deion, but why did he cut BACK INTO the tackler at the goal line . I guess to give "The Law Firm" another TD

Anyone who calls Brady a crybaby is now obviously JEALOUS.
26 yards running? WOW, he's fully dimensional

I knew when he missed that pass to Welker and then the botched FG that we were going to see some serious scoring.

I was wondering today, how can a team be THAT bad with just the QB out?

The pats did OK when Brady was out with his knee.

I am afraid we may blow it, or may feel sorry for them and be in a pre-Christmas charitable mood.
