Lots of changes. Need to go more on the offensive, instead of generating business through passive means.

Keep gaining new customers. Keep the current ones happy. Store of the future remodel. Take more market share from SW. Open a second satellite location. More buying power = More better.

By manageable, I mean a couple rooms here, a small ranch house there.......nothing that extends beyond a two week period.

Contractors and carpenters are buried with work right now and homeowners don't have many options to get work completed so I have stepped in a GC role which I don't like to do, but, to get good paying painting projects, it has become a necessity almost. Not going to jump into that type of stuff this year!!!

Starting my own painting company this year. So juggle that and my current full time job while I get my name out there.

We are adding a 401k plan. Upgrading our “fleet”. We bought one Transit this month and will probably add a second soon. Need to get rid of our GMC van.

Getting rid of my remaining Pratt & Lambert and Purdy products. Stocking some more Porter and taking on a third paint line. (P&L is pulling support for the smaller independents in case you didn't know. Going to be a smaller box store {DIY, ACE, True Value} brand and giving up on the true independents.) Changing my sales floor around to take up the space left from my P&L color gallery. There was plenty of space for it in the dumpster. Getting my brush company website set up and hopefully putting some adds on PT. (hope i didn't violate any rules there)
