Default What's up?

Hello How's everyone doing? I haven't been here in a couple years. A lot of changes for me. I sold my home in Washington, bought a 5th wheel and moved back to Oregon closer to my son. Full-time RV living was an adjustment, but I wasn't happy in Washington anymore. I shut my business down and I now run the commercial painting division for a local paint company. Life is good today

For my tow rig I picked up a 2018 Ram 3500 Cummins with the Aisin Transmission. Love this truck

customer comes in with a gallon of paint-
"this is what they painted my house with last time. Do you think it's any good?"
Me-"no"
"you didn't even look at it!"
So i pick up the can, look it over and say-"still no"
"aren't you even going to open it?"
"not without a respirator, and mine is at home."

It was SW Style Perfect, which they phased out in the 90's. It was Promar 400 in a retail label. At least twenty years old. I know that stuff well enough that i know whoever opens that can is in trouble!

So i matched the spilled paint on the label. Nothing will match what he has on the wall anyway.

In hind sight that was one that i should have referred him to the SW store up the street. Let those noobs open it! Gotta learn somehow!

Hey mike!,

I'm glad you're closer to your son. You posted a lot about him and you obviously love him dearly. Your trailer is awesome! Good luck to you on your new endeavor!

He’s gone (his decision), so closing this.
