Jeeze let's sure hope not. Wouldn't think a sneeze would cause that to happen. Jan's out right now but if you want, I'll run it by her when she gets back. She's had lot's of experience helping with post op issues with back surgery patients.

Thank you, that would be REAL helpful. It's been 17 days so I'm sure lots of soft tissue is trying to get established. I don't mind stressing a few muscles (except for the pain), but disturbing new growth or even the screws would NOT make me happy.

I've put one of those back braces on (like the HD guys wear) and the extra support feels better. I'd been off oxy for two days now, but this was as good as an excuse as any to go back on.


I forgot PT has all sorts of resources. Again THANK YOU and to Jan. And you know my number if Jan wants to get any other details, but prolly not necessary.
