Default how to delete a post

i can edit a post, but not delete one,

perhaps i am missing the obvious but i need a suggestion

Using the edit feature, you can simply replace anything you put there with something like, "*****".

Then, if you wish to do more, you can hit the red "!" icon (the "report a post" feature) in the lower left hand corner and send a request to the moderators asking them to delete the entire post for you. One of them will usually do so fairly quickly.

Yup..only the mods can delete your post(s).

..but I believe that's only if you give them permission.
