Default Job pricing

Hi everyone,
I have to price a huge project. A house of 17,000 sq..
Can you help me to find the right rate to estimate it. The house is full of plaster crown mouldings and medallions, all kind decorative ornaments.
The customer is interested in a detail oriented work.
Thanks
Sergio
