Thumbs up Pressure Washing Equipment info

After browsing this forum, and eveluating how well connected you'all are in presssure wash equipment technology..
I suggest a permenant corner, in the Tools, Equipment & Safety section..
As this community grows magnetic to technical-help with old equipment issues,
new equipment technology, and everything inbetween,
.. like equipment management, troubleshooting, and more..

So far, there is not a real demand for that kind of information in enough of a volume to warrant its own section. Reclaiming water in general would fit just fine in the existing pressure washing forum. Lead paint related washing info. would go fine in RRP.

Pressure washing will also do just fine for containing maintenance other issues for equipment.

We are primarily a painting site, so a bunch of different subforums for washers would be overkill based on the amount of traffic those topics get here.

We will need a place to "input" our technical posts in a manner which fits most comfortably
between the "opinions" and questions that deserve quality attention.
I am here to help..
If you like my posts, and especially if others chime-in, like they do in other blogs..
Let's build this blog stronger in technical content,
make it more attractive for techs to spend the time and effort,
and serve the community always at the leading-edge.
Jerry,

Welcome. But before you get too exuberant, may I suggest you read and fully comprhend the Paint Talk FAQ paying particular attention to the Advertising Rules before folks start thinking you are using Paint Talk as a free venue to hawk your sevices.

thank you and enjoy.

And Jerry, we humbly request that when you go back to the pw forums (pwi, tgs etc) that you please do not alert them to our little island in the stream. If that circus shows up here...it just wouldnt be a good scene.

And then we will have the daily 'bene threads that basically say:

"Big Stuff In The Works - Huge Big Stuff"

And nothing ever happens.

Bite your tongue, Scott. The mere mention of that stuff makes the nostrils of the wolves flare as they stick their noses into the air.

..en pack.

Good point. So, on another note, did you hear that there is a new Babe Ruth movie coming out, intended to set the record straight about his life?

Not only did I hear about it, I am named in the movie.

How I heard via VM:

"Ken, man, listen, Johnny T here, I gawt sumthin its gonna be f'in huge man, and when I say huge I mean f'in huge. Listen your company is gonna be named it and its gonna be great for your PR, just absawlutely huge. These guys have ab-so-loot-ly no idea how big this is gonna be"

That's an exact transcript.

I really like John and I am actually honored he thought of me. I just don't really understand what it is all about.

It just kind of reminds of all the build up to the list of 37 new and top secret things los did wrong that just couldnt be put out until the time was right. Dude is all foreplay, no substantial consumation.

What is odd in all of this, is that bene kind of looks like the Babe.

LOL. And these painters think they have an off-beat crew here. You've been to the dark side.

I've never second guessed you for hiding out here.

Matt Johnson told me all the way back after Albany that its better to have a skunk on the inside of your tent pissing out than on the outside pissing in. So much of what has unfolded since has been a study of whos the skunk and how bigs the tent.

So I am thinking that's not the input and opinions Jerry was looking for.

is it just UN-believable that someone could want to help
the "interested portion" of this community ?
A fresh perspective might have been real helpful here.

Your perspective is certainly welcome you don't have to have a sub forum to chime in. Besides Steve would be too jealous

Jerry, I suspect you are new to forums, and forum etiquette. While you may have a wealth of knowledge to share, asking for your own section is a little presumptive, don't you think? To date, Nathan (the owner of this site) has not done so for the few others that have made the same request. Just think how disjointed this site would become if he followed every request for a personal section!
