#1. Every solicitor to quit calling and admit my Google Listing is fine.

#2. All of the leaches like Porch, HA, AL, Yelp, etc., to just die.

#3. GC's to remember how beneficial it can be to hire quality vs. cheap subs.

#4. Paint stores to double-check colors before selling me paint.

#5. Newbs on forums to realize searching & researching is a good thing.

#6. Yelp to suffer quite a bit before dying.

#7. Potential customers realize free estimates is only free to THEM.

#8. A tad more Quality Control across the board before it's completely gone.

#9. Customers to pick up dog poo daily if I'm painting their exterior.

#10. A law passed to allow ramming stupid drivers swerving & texting.

#11. Steve Richards to give us just 1 more Xmas poem.

#12. Applicants looking for a job not be offended by my audacity of requiring a valid driver's license, ability to show up on time, (5 days in a row), sober, accepting there's a slight chance I can't start you out at $35/hr just because you claim you've done it all, even though you can't provide proof of any past employment, and if at all possible, to not pay more attention to your cell phone than the work I'm paying you to do.

Besides that, I just need 1 hot water 8-12GPM Pressure Washer and I'm set.

Amen to #12. This has been on my Christmas amd birthday list for years lol
