Default Angies list

Does anyone at paint talk advertise on Angie's list? I have a free company profile and have received 4 jobs from it but was told there are other ways to advertise on Angie's list that cost money just wondering if anyone has payed and if so how much
Thanks in advance

Yup it works good on the actual site but it's pretty much worthless on the app.

The app does suck.I been on angies list for 5 months and landed 6 high paying jobs.Keep getting good reviews and you move to top rated painter in that area.I wouldn't pay.

I can trace 75% of my jobs back to Angie's List, one way or another. Great jobs that pay very well. My ad costs me about $90.00 a month for two lines in their monthly publication. The average AL member is a professional, who makes upwards of 100K a year. Big bang for your advertising buck.

My paid advertising statrs in March. If i were you i would get the reviews you can give non members to send in and get them filled out....doesnt count towards your grade but helps with presence. Also if you can get them to join...It may be diffrent in diffrent markets but if i get some one to join for like $20 i get a 25$ check for them..i havent done it but im working on it....

Also check into "the big delal" its a free email blast to angies clients for pre set pricing on say a single room... Angie list takes a cut but its quick easy work and you get reviews which is huge and moves you up in the rankings.......
