Finish Painting Wall and Paint Downstairs (Forest Hills)

Need someone to finish a living room wall that needs partial wallpaper removed, and then painted. In addition to paint downstairs laundry room. Need done today as I am showing house soon. Pay is $30.00 and all supplies are provided.

That 30 dollars would be well earned. Wall papaer removal, room painting, plus painting the laundry room too. Not to mention the emergency factor.

That was posted at 3:16 PM, if I am reading it correctly. And they need the work done "today". I would venture to guess that it is physically impossible to remove the wallpaper, repair the walls, texture (if necessary), and apply 2 coats by the end of the day even if someone showed up at 3:17.

If I had a lot of time on my hands, I'd be tempted to place an ad like that, see what showed up, and then film the entire process.

There was one running around here doing jobs by the hour. Home owner supplied just paint. $10.00 per hour. He actually took a couple of local jobs from me last summer. He's not around anymore. Must have starved to death or something.
