what are you trying to figure out about it? They just fill in random characters for copy because its a template.

Yeah the template has it's "you fill in text" areas filled in with Latin text
Pretty common for templates, though not so much for contracting templates
Pretty funny though

The "In Your Face" grafixs and "Rave" music are unusual also
