Nothing for me. Maybe they learned i was a hack and did not want to waste the sand paper on me.

In that case, maybe you'll get an old brush with paint encrusted in the bristles.


HA! I say that because at our last pro show I had a brush trade in. Bring me an old brush and I gave away a new Wooster Alpha. I had a 5'er full of brushes by the end, and actually had one of my "lower end" clients ask if he could have the old brushes because " most of them were nicer than his"

No I laughed at him. Most of the turn ins were trashed. Rock hard with epoxy, loosing bristles, you name it, it was turned in to me.

I believe it, if you are turning in a worn out brush for a new one it would be a pretty fubar'd brush that you get rid of.

i dont disturb surfaces anymore, so sandpaper is a complete waste.

Yuck.

I usually put the wrapper of the tack cloth between the cloth and my hand because getting sticky stuff on your hand can transfer to the trim.

I can't imagine trying to sand with your hand stuck to the back of the sandpaper.

How do you fold the half piece of paper in 3rds and use all three sides?
