Default Commercial estimate

I have a chance to bid on 22000 sq ft of concrete walls and ceilings. What do most contractors charge per sq ft including paint in the fredericksburg va. area? I am new at this as far a bidding square feet.

I have had some mixed reviews on my own postings on this site.

BUT ARE YOU NUTS? I'll sit back and read.

Read this. Pricing questions are asked every week and people get tired of answering them. Instead they will eat you alive. Search the site. You will find ton's of useful info. (look at the sticky's)

Do it for free.

You will feel good about yourself for being so charitable!

15.82 per square nanometer, thats what i bid on everything and i always win.

but for real do your homework and figure it out yourself, some people here will rip you a new one and some will link you to some helpful stuff. if you cant bid it dont do it because if you screw up on your bid you are screwed and wont make any money and you will look like an idiot to the contractors.

I would stay away from it, because the client probally will be able to pick up on your inexpierence. Usually it takes a while to get your money out of those kind of jobs. If you get it put it in contract for enough money to cover the materials upfront to save your $%^ from being himmed up.

Ignore us all. We're just messing

Go over to this thread and ask Mike Finlay. He's up to speed on the ins and outs of painting
