Default Condo Painting

Ive been asked to bid on 15 buildings consisting of 10-8 units and 5-6 unit condo complex.

The bid includes PW all siding and applying a coat of stain on all siding. Doors, trim are also included

Ive bid on some smaller complexes in the past but really want this one as it looks relatively easy.

My ques is when calculating should i apply a multiple building discount or simply whatever 1 size is x the number of buildings?

Im afraid of pricing myself out

I wouldn't give a discount on multiple buildings, seems unlikely they would hire you to paint one of the buildings but not the others...

Guess the one factor I'd take into consideration is being able to work on multiple units in one area and how that will save you time. Like when we do with an interior job with several rooms versus a single one. It's just a function of efficiency.

Give them a price for all unit's. Be prepared to wait for the money they all have a board that approves contracts, payments and such. In the summer a lot of them are gone on holiday so getting things approved can be time consuming...

15 units in one spot is definitely gonna save on time per unit. As opposed to one's all over the place and different kinds of one's at that. Volume is what I do most. My mindset, not these 15 should be some kind of a discount, the oddball single you bid needs to be inflated when you bid it.
