Question Contractor Programs

Does anyone know if BM or SW have brand/company-specific contractor programs? Deals or discounts? I have been using Valspar products but thinking about switching.

Welcome to the forum, feel free to post an introduction here and tell us about yourself, it will help with the answers.

Most companies have a tiered pricing system, usually based on volume.
Your profile says you are a purchase manager, so if you are just looking for bulk pricing, I'd suggest you contact the stores in your area and ask for the area rep. We have had a few discussions on this lately, with a majority of contractors agreeing that the service, product and relationship are more of the key factors in where we shop.

I did some research and BM has a "Preferred Commercial Account" deal. Are there more deals like this for BM/SW?

You have to at least buy a few gallons before you get your free burrito or pizza, depending on which vendor you decide to go with. You might even get a bidding war started, ask for wings with the pizza or guacamole with the burrito, if they both cave, ask for a large Dr. Pepper, surely one will cave. and there is your contractor deal! Sweet huh

I like to only buy full retail cost, then mark it up, that way when I markup 20% I get more out of it
