This has been an interesting thread.To make a long story short,its all about communication with the customer.There is nothing more annoying than vehicles parked right where you need to work,doors and windows that you working on the previous day locked,dog crap all over the yard,and sprinklers running full bore all over your oil primer or paint.All with no down payment unless you ASK of course
