Default cut me a break?

I am licensed in CA. I only did certain kinds of painting. So I ask questions on doing things i never learned before. I am then asked to be voted out. I thank the guys who have really helped me. How else can a person learn? I think this is a great site to ask questions.

pacific. Please don't react the way you did in the other thread. I gave you some advice that could be make or break for you in a future life. I do believe you will get your fingers burnt very soon if you continue without getting proper training. If you don't know if the 'swirl marks' you made with your sander will show up if you paint over them then it doesn't take a 'brain surgeon' to figure out your experience isn't enough to tackle a simple job on your own. I know a lot of painters aren't hiring right now but if you look hard enough then you may just find somebody willing to take you under their wing and train you up. Give it a go, you've got everything to gain

Never argue with a fool - they will drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Since I have been on this board there have always been those who help, and those who for whatever reason don't. Sometimes the help is in a form you don't want. (tough love?)

Just take the good with the bad. If you don't make mistakes abnd ask questions you will never learn.

For the most part everybody here wants to learn grow and help.
