Default Elastomeric probs??

I was reading the detoxify thread, but didn't want to inject this there. Have any of you guys noticed how toxic Elastomeric is??? I didn't use it till you guys talked me into it. Yeah, I agree, its the best,,, however, after you prep a NC with it, your throat is raw for three days. I used to use White-Lightening, and yeah, it ain't as good, but it ain't as toxic either. This is coming from a guy that uses a PC sander for drywall without a mask and has done so for near 30 years,,, and yeah, smokes three packs a day,,(I'd smoke more, but i don't have the time).

Anyway, anyone else have this prob with Elastomeric???

I have used a lot of different brands of elasomeric. I have never ran into any type of product that was toxic. I like using it more than paint because it's a lot thicker and seems to dry quicker preventing over spray problems.
