Yes a good prescription drug for migraines is "Frova". You can google and read about it. I had a real serious problem with them being triggered by certain fumes, especially the gasoline cook ranges when I was in the Army. I also can get triggered from other fumes such as mineral spirits.
The doctor prescribed the Frova and I get a pack of 9 tabs in a box. When the migraine sets in, I can take one, and in an hour take one more.
They seem to be gone in about 3 hours. They work for me at least!
I know how they disable you, so good luck!!

I had sucking work to do today. This happens whenever we put in the laminate floors. The floor man leaves the baseboad, installs the laminate under it, and then installs a quarter round (shoe). So what does this mean for the painter? Well, the quarter round never fits tightly enough to suit me, and has got nail holes. I have to fill the crack between the shoe and the base, and the holes. This means on my knees for quite a while, sliding rags and filler and a bucket of water, etc in front of me. Prior to the floor man starting, I make him pre deliver the shoe so I can spray it a couple coats paint. At least it has that on it. I am so anal that I always repaint everything all over after it is filled and installed. That gives me lots of practice cutting in the shoe and not touching the new flooring. Whoop whoop! It is a lot of time on the knees of a 67 year old man. So you may say why not just let it go? Can't as the cracks and holes don't suit my cap. The floor man always says, it don't look too bad you already sprayed it. Might be good enough for him, but not for me.
Being on the knees is what sucks for an old guy like me.

I went to a new Sherwin store opening today, since I have 0 jobs right now. They had a putting contest for $5000. Clever ploy to get contractors to the new store. Side note: sherwin hires a company to do these contests and if someone wins the company has insurance to pay for it. Isnt coming out of sherwins pocket. ANYWAYYYYY I was runner up to shoot for the shot for 5k. The guy that got to take the shot showed up with his own ball and putter and refused to talk with any reps or managers about sherwin products. Said he only used DE and that they can just leave him alone, hes not interested. LOL.

I removed wall paper. Then I removed the other layer of wall paper I found under the first one. Then I removed the third layer I found under the second one.

Then I repeated the process in another room.

Hope you contracted to do it on a time basis rather than for a fixed amount.

I've had a pretty good couple of day in a row...but this morning I have a bit of diarrhea.
I hope this thread's still open when I get home, just in case I have some adventures I need to talk about.

(I could tell my wife about them...but sometimes I think she's only looking at me because my mouth's moving)

Be happy she affords you that courtesy.

The days still young, but already I got a note from my mother's insurance agent (real nice lady) that for the home insurance policy there are some "issues" the carrier has with her house. Branches on the lawn, broken fence, and a stack of fence pieces on the lawn - all being a liability. OH, and premium due in 2 1/2 weeks.

OK, she's 91 and can't move stuff, I am recovering from back surgery and not even allowed to hang paper yet....................

So I call my brother, I swear, sometimes I think he personally answers his phone but recites his outgoing message...........

Yes. I bought MY home. Not my mother's

I bought when I realized I didn't like paying rent to mow a lawn I didn't even own.

Oh Yeah. I learned that lesson real quick. Amazingly...the paper came down rather easily. However, the last layer was over raw drywall. It's basically destroyed. I'm priming today. Skimming on Monday. Can't wait!

With that to look forward to I'm sure Gabe and NEPs will make an effort to keep it going until you return.
