All the jobs I've been getting are still from my past postcards. The funny thing is none of them are from recent mailings, but rather the first batch I ever sent out which was what, last aug/sept? Going to be hitting that same area hard this spring summer.

Got a small job and a nice lead from TimHag. He's been grounded so forwarded a few of his calls to me. Nice guy he is.

Did 5 estimates and got two jobs in the last 2 weeks. Plus have a small interior and two exteriors lined up from last month.

Still working part time so I don't have to be a price *****, but have really been tight on the estimates.

Am looking at keeping the part time job as things pick up and dump that money into the marketing end.

Would like to be busier, but its growing again.

ewing,

All the jobs we have scheduled, with the exception of one, are repeat customers. They are GC's that consistently rely on us.

Phone is ringing here pretty well. Some BS, some price checkers, and some serious people. I seem to get a lot of "gonna get it in may" estimates..
