Default leveling a floor for epoxy

Generaly I do not do patching more then holes or cracks for floors.
Looked at a job in a kitchen area where they are removing counters so Im assuming there will need to be some leveling of the existing concrete floor
Is this too much to handle that i should find someone to do this part of the job for me, or tackle it myself.
using armorseal 1000hs.
any thoughts? Do not want to bite of more then I can chew.

Float it. If this sounds complicated, sub it.

Ardex makes a floor leveling product for applications like this. I was trained in the use of this product but don't really think it is difficult to use. They sell a couple of tools that make application easier. It's basically just a floating tool. Kind of looks like a squeegee with shims on the bottom.

Here is a link to the product.

The construction business has gotten pretty asbackwards and it's getting worse.
That said I still haven't seen a G.C. Install counters before pouring a concrete slab, I wouldn't think there will be any major repairs after demo. You might have some small spots from lag bolts,water lines,drains maybe. Get a bag of quick setting flash patch from a flooring supplier.
