Default Modac

Going to look at a job on Monday. Its the exterior walls of a downtown, penthouse condo that they want waterproofed with Modac.

I've never used it, but would like to get some feedback from anyone that has. Good, bad, you know......

It is now owned by SW. It is really big in the south, and for some reason the Chicago area. Great line of products. Talk to your SW rep for more info.
