Ever have a dog climb a ladder? Painting a chimney, HO was home, ladder set up in back yard. Just painting away, and got the feeling someone was standing behind me. Looked over my shoulder and the family dog is standing there, "grinning" from ear to ear. Heard the HO laughing down below. "She loves to climb ladders!" Unfortunately the dog didn't like walking back down the roof and going down the ladder. Had to sling it over my shoulder and "fireman carry" the thing down. Went much better than the cat - heavier too. 75# German Shepherd.

Seen a few dogs climb a ladder, but never onto a roof or staging.

We had a cat that chased a dog up a tree.

I was doing a patch in a bedroom once the "ho" had this big old pit bull . Come between me and a 3ft by 3ft piece of sheet rock corner me between it and a bed room door . It broke my sheet Rock
And started eating it .which I let him, then made it into the bedroom and locked the door; while the ho was downstairs taking a shower . I waited with my sheet rock hammer . Until the ho kindly came and got his dog . Believe me I never want to hurt one of god s creatures," but if this dog makes it through this bedroom door ! It was scary. Like CuJO ! ! I had bad dreams
Of being chased for weeks .
