I don't comment much in here, but let me point out that he isn't stealing work from anyone unless your target market is lowballers. Quite honestly when I do put ads out on CL I specifically say we are about quality over price because I don't want to be selling $100 room specials all day long.

If you have your target market dialed in and are selling on quality, then what is the problem. We sold one last month where we were $1000 over the other bids, simply because she was worried about having it done right.

I don't seriously think anyone here is really all that worried or bothered by these types for the reasons you cited. But please don't suggest we give up bitching about it. After all, that's one of the guilty pleasures readily available here on PT.

We are way better than those people, we know it, and it makes us feel good to talk about it.
