Default Powerwashing in january in new england

Just get a call from a realtor I work with often that they need walkways, steps and a chimney power washed either tomorrow or Wednesday morning. They are predicting high of 40 degrees tomorrow and a high of 39 Wednesday. Looks like we are going to make a skating rink out there

Yup, another January thaw is upon us. Game day temps in mid-forties come Sunday. This AM it was a bracing 6.5.

the weather around here has been great. I love it but my oil guy and plow guy are walking around with long faces.
