Gotta job where we have to be super meticulous and I want to make sure ladders are not denting the floor. Our best plan is to lay down drops and lay down cardboard on top of it. Anyone know any trade secrets they'd care to share?
Thanks lines.
Two areas we are getting the 24' inside the house, the rest is 4' bench ladders.
I was just reading up on ram board. Can u actually drop a hammer on Ram Board, like they show in their videos?

We use Ram Board a lot. You can get it at Dunn Lumber. Not sure if I ever have dropped a hammer on it, but I wouldn't get against it protecting the floor from that. Supposed to be leak proof. I tape all the seams with PG-5 or other type tape. Make sure the floor is well cured before installing it if its a new floor.
I'm gonna pick up a roll today and check it out. Do you lay drops under it? Any chance ram Board would leave some marks on the floors? Its dark wood flooring refinished years ago.
Ram board works well. Then there's also the old standby of rosin paper and masonite.
