Default Removable panel door

I have a bathroom cabinet repaint job. I'll be spraying. The center panel is removable.

How does one handle it?
Remove and paint separately?
Or leave in place?

Take it apart. It may be a pain to do but if the door panel moves due to humidity and expansion and contraction you won't see the other color. Make sure to use a non blocking paint and let it cure enough so that if it gets taken apart again it won't stick.
