Default Soft wash help

OK i am ready to invest some money into a soft wash system

i know Ken & Dave among others can give me the the advice to succeed

here is where i am at ... i have a hot water pressure washer that i don't really use to it's full advantage ... but my shop is located by 300+ warehouses within 2 miles and i started cleaning warehouse floors & painting both interior & exterior lately. my phone is ringing off the hook on cleaning the exteriors

now i want to invest in a soft wash ? system for clean only ( no repaint ) of these metal buildings. I'll paint the ones needed but many only need cleaned

any tip or advice would be much appreciated & earn you a well deserved THANKS
