Default SW Pro Mar 200 vs BM Super Spec

Hi I renovate homes in Baltimore/DC area and am hiring a contractor on a project for a 1,040 sq ft property. Both have good reviews and pricing. Only difference is the paints they will use. Any advise/opinions?

Contractor 1 - Will use Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200
Contractor 2 - Will use use Sherwin Williams Ultra Deluxe or Benjamin Moore super spec (will use whichever one matches my colors best)

Thanks,

I'll do it for a hundred dollars less then both of them and use Wal-Marts Glidden line. I will even prime with Kilz.

Why not just hire a few illegals and do it yourself?

WTF is SW ultra deluxe. Sounds kinda fancy. I'm getting warm tingles all over saying it. I'm betting its not fancy at all, though...

Those aren't superior products and are probably par for the course, it's a 1000 sq ft house? Give me a break, hire the guy that you have more confidence in. I can't stand that, double and triple checking products. What would you prefer Behr?

In addition to what I previously posted... I bet you will go with the cheapest guy and ask him to use the better products, but keep his quote the same..

But if you had to choose I would gi with superspec based on off whites or pastel bases, 200 on whites or dark bases.
