Default Trex paint

Hi, folks,

I have an HO who wants his Trex deck boards painted, but I've never painted the stuff, so I have no experience with outcomes - do you?

Trex suggests a Behr product (no primer needed!) or S-W Deckscapes stain. What kind of prep/primer did you use? Did it work?

anything plastic or "composite" will fade. it's just a matter of physics. So you are correct. Eventually all of these things will need to be painted.
