Default what would you market this as?

Say you wanted to open yourself up to being called for something like painting schools, churches, or other "institutions"... would you say institutional painting? or is this still commercial?

Institutional for schools and medical facilities, Churches for Churches, Commercial for businesses, Industrial for warehouse and advanced coatings and I usually target facilities managers with Maintenance Painting.
