I spent the weekend doing a quick turnover of an office reception area. Satruday- Stripped VWC, scraped and sanded loose paste (clay base), Gardz over remaining paste and then skimmed the entire surface. Sunday- Sand walls and Gardz, 2 coats Glidden Lifemaster Eggshell on walls and 2 coats Semi on trim.

Busy Weekend!

I love turning out a commercial property. I like the fact it is weekend work and nobody is around to bother you. Also you get a lot more done than usual and bill accordingly

We are currently doing:
-Stripping and staining a deck
-Painting the exteriors of 6 homes
-Paint the entire interior of a new 12k sq. ft. home
-Re-decking a 20x20 deck with composite

Just started an exterior strip today,also misc. exterior work for one of our builders,and finishing a kit/lr re-paint for another.Also washing tomarrow.Flat out!

Just doing some residential bedrooms . Here's a teenagers bedroom that had very juvenile decorative life size sports murals painted on it . But two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal flat as well as a good prepping and sanding erased that .
