I feel ya Mike. I work for a construction Co. Though...we want him to spend the $on the remodel on his new place and give the new place the full deal inside and out.

We first read about EPA requiring us to contain and filter wash water containing lead paint residue years ago. Since then, they seem to have left the enforcement to local jurisdictions. Some do, some done.

I called the epa to ask. They said to contain. Maybe they changed their mind but the epa and class said to.
