Appreciate the welcome folks!

ARM= Atlanta Residential Maintenance.

Very small/recent start up operation.... paint, stain/seal, sheet rock/wood repair, decks, fencing, concrete, PW, light elect./plumbing etc. Not so much typical hit and run production work, but more of a(sometimes painful)catering to the upscale/discriminating H.O.

Looking to get into M&M/foreclosure clean up & ongoing maintenance to point of sale..... we'll see how this goes.

Good tech., and the obligatory/necessary razzing here....
