Default Better late than never, I hope.

Hello. My name is Troy Stevens and I'm a Painting Contractor in Portland, Oregon. I actually joined PT in 2012, but only recently did I re-stumble across it. Although I've posted before, I've learned that I better stop and do things in the right order, since I never posted an introduction.

I'm a licensed General Contractor who does about 80% Residential and 20% Commercial Painting. I started painting about 26 years ago and I've owned my own company since 1998.

I'm grateful and humbled each time I'm on PT. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and I appreciate the wealth of knowledge this site provides.

Welcome from Central Florida. Your 80/20 work split somehow reminded me of the deductible on my health insurance policy.

You will find out that painters on the east coast do things differently then painters on the west coast. Welcome!
