Default Doing more painting these days...

Hello, well I figured I'd join here and learn a few things since I am doing more painting these days. I used to do mainly remodeling but now have went more into commercial maintenance. I am kind of enjoying the change of pace. Less of those pesky ho's

Welcome.

What is involved in maintenance painting, and what type of facilities do you paint?

Not doing "maintenance painting" (whatever that is) just seems to be a fair amount of painting lately as I've taken over more of the work. Last thing I painted was 3,500 sq ft occupied offices.

I'm an industrial maintenance painter and thought it would be interesting to know what type of painting you do on your commercial maintenance jobs, and what type of facilities you are working on.

It appears you're working, and that's all that really matters in these times. Good Luck.

Oh, I should have explained better. Sorry. One customer I have is a major interstate mortgage company with main office here, its pretty big. Then some other businesses tied in. Just regular residential type painting. Fortunately nothing old enough for lead problems.
