That sounds like a good gig. Better when you can hit it all at one time but hey we have all worked houses room by room before.
I just had a reschedule that wants me to work like that.

I am inserting the whole "prying it from my cold dead fingers first" thing here.

It is tough to say whether the deck needs a proper bleach and scrub, a pressure wash with the #3 tip, or both without seeing it first.
He says the picture is in his head.

I just finished an entire remodel/repaint for their entire 4,000 sq ft home, and the Mrs.'s loves me.
So much so that she has pushed the GC out of the picture to just hire me for all of her future work.
She also has had 5 people call for bids.

I am not a huge fan of room by room bids but for awesome customers I will clean the litter box.

Add the fact that these friends are "secure" money people and not the "fake" money people that are going down in flames right now is very promising.

My spicy minger red head of a home store SW manager has just arrived to the brand new SW location (building is less than a year old) and is craving my.......business so much that she is willing to bend rules and pricing levels for little ole' me.
Anyways, she mentioned their shindig and how she was amazed at how many male managers with Wives and kids acted like real pigs (hookers, drink, drugs) when they were on "vacation".
