Default Hello, all...

I've been a painting contractor in the Tampa area for twenty years, working in all areas including commercial, residential, and some decorative concrete work. Now, we're focusing on just the interior apartment repaint arena.

Yes, I know what it's all about. (Quick turnaround, low prices, trouble getting paid.) But having been around the block a few times, I know what to look out for. It will take time to rebuild the groundwork in this area, but I'm going to try using more of a web angle along with my experience.

So, I'm hoping this forum will be a good sounding board for the future and a place to exchange ideas or even just vent a bit.

Thanks for all your welcomes.

Welcome Skip, I looked at your site, it does seem that having it all computerized and available to property managers would be desirable. Seems that is the only way to be profitable on that type of work, quick and efficient!

my father did alot of that work for the city of Vancouver. He ended up just doing all the painting as well as repairs, carpet cleaning, etc. whatever needed to be done prior to move ins and move outs.
