Default Hello from the Baltimore area

Hi everyone, I am a sole proprietor doing upper end repaints, some new work. I like to be a one man show but I'm getting older. Seems help doesn't help me, only hurts. But I'd like to find somebody with the right attitude who doesn't need to unlearn bad habits. Problem is these people since they don't know alot and have no speed by the time you get them trained they leave. And somebody who knows what to do is like a dog with no leash hard to control. I'm still on that learning curve.
I like to read this site regularly, thanks, all!

Welcome from Maryland. Are you in the city?
