Default Hello from California! Looking to start my own business finally

Hey there everybody, I've been painting on and off since 2005 with about 3 years custom homes around Portland, OR and about 3 years commercial jobs here in central California. I love to paint AND prep and I'm finally ready to take the first steps in starting my own company. Any advice or no on doing that here in California would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Welcome to the group. Good luck. Running a business isn't as easy as people think.

A Contractor's license would be the first step.
